Two bolts that are easier (IME) to access than the 4 holding the carb to the manifold. Particularly putting back together. Type-4 I do other way round and take the carb off, there's no fan housing in the way.
It would seem that that makes it easier in some respects and more expensive if you make a mess and the engine ends up tilting...
